Let's save the koalas!

All proceeds from the sale of the Save The Koalas die cuts and stickers will be donated to the Port Macquarie Koala Hospital to help in their efforts in treating koalas injured by the fires.
For every 15 Save The Koalas vinyl stickers and die cuts sold, I also pledge to plant a koala food tree through Port Macquarie Koala Hospital to help in their efforts to nourish koalas in the future. They experience a shortage of trees on a daily basis when collecting fresh leaf to feed the injured koalas they care for. The recent brush fires make it so much more important to planting koala food trees so that the surviving koalas have food in the future!
According to the Telegraph, more than 20,000 koalas have died in the recent bushfires across Australia. Because of this, the koala is now vulnerable to extinction.
The Port Macquarie Koala Hospital in NSW is the world's first rehabilitation facility dedicated soley to the care and preservation of wild koalas.
Since the devasting bush fires in Australia began, the hospital has taken in 31 koalas in the Port Macquaire area. They initially started a fundraiser through Go Fund Me to purchase 12 automatic drinking stations to place in areas devasted by the fires to help in koala and wildlife survival. They surpassed their goal of $25,000 with over $6 million in donations from around the world- and counting! Now they are building 100 drinking stations that they will place and share with other wildlife organizations in fire affected regions across South Wales.
Excerpt from Port Macquarie Hospital's Go Fund Me page:
"Some of the funds raised through the Go Fund Me site will be directed to building a ‘Koala Ark’, a facility to allow the surviving koalas to be accommodated in a healthy habitat area. Hopefully, these koalas will breed and a new population of koalas will be established for return to the wild."
